i had an okay run a while back. ran to the singapore river and i couldnt help but to cut the run short and just sat on the bridge for a while. it was kinda nice……

so i’m alone at home now.. a clean house that is cos i just spent some time doing house chores and put the sheets in the dryer. i love the smell of a clean house =) its either due to the happy-mones that you get after a work-out or i just really like to live in a clean house that i’m experiencing some sort of high after all that work. as much i drag picking up the vacuum and especially the toilet brush, i like the feeling afterwards. i dunno bout you but i get slightly affected when i come home to a messy house and catch me on my bad days, those strands of hair on the floor can really be a bother. worst still, this house’s floorings are cream colored and it has no carpets. so there. it amplifies stuff/dirt/hair like in your face.

not that i’m some monica.. really i’m not… but i just rather it not be there. heh.

and the cat. oh that persian cat.. you better thank the gods that i love you because you definitely have tons of baggage when you came into my life. but its alll……..goooood.. rug rug.. all good.

oh i got jabbed on the jaw by some really strong guy during netball yesterday. i dont remember it being that painful despite the sound it made but i’m left with a chipped tooth and a pretty sore jaw. gotta get it fix asap to avoid any dental problems.

crashed right after the game and woke up at noon! thinking that the boys have left but there they were, all sprawled on the couch. of cos being me, i had to annoy the shit out of them, asking them to wake up!!! heh.. and den we left for lunch at rochor, after desperately trying to dodge erp gantries cos the card was left with ninety cents. hence, the beancurd… and the topic for lunch was… *drum rolls* MARRIAGE! *cymbols* hahahahah!

ANYWAY!

so i was talking to rob and he told me that i should check out the dance crew, jabbawockeez. wacky name huh? sent me a couple of links and here are my favorite ones.

wicked dancers! their movements are so precise and subtle yet it just blows you away… i esp like the mj song where they pop their jackets and made it jump! altogether now, “whoahhhh…”

and if you watch the video from another perspective, it kinda makes them look like puppets, no? controlled by buttons that you activate if you wanna make them move or in this case, dance! puppets on the strings? hmmm… not quite.. just really good and talented dancers for you!

okay enough story telling for now fifi. oh before that, can i just say how ______ henry is for sending the sister flowers and sneaking off to brisbane for the weekend just to be with her? forget the fact that he stayed up all night, every night just to accompany her on skype cos she’s too scared to sleep alone in an unfamiliar environment.

……. i shall just let you guys fill in the blanks huh?

It’s close to 3am but I’m wide awake. The Friday night syndrome.

I told myself that i will go healthy today cos I realise that my Friday night plans never fail to have alcohol in the menu sine work started. But Dino had to tempt me with 5 dollars martini which we didn’t end up having cos the place was closed for a private event. So the two dinosaurs decided to head down to winebar for some dino-loving time, only to know that everyone else was there as well!! Nice to see you.

I like surprises. Heh. Like that phonecall.. It was a nice surprise. Shanks.
